Project requirement

  1. Project Scope

    Innovative products tailored to enhance productivity for customers within the agro-food, tourism, or professional services sectors. These products have the potential to generate a multiplier effect on productivity, thereby maximizing efficiency and effectiveness within these industries.

    Prototype ready for testing and validation, iterative development, experimental stage, scale up or commercialization

  3. Duration

    Completed within 12 months

  4. Grant Amount

    Maximum cap limit of RM350,000

WHO CAN APPLY?

Focused on three key industries:
The Productivity Grant is a matching grant with a maximum cap limit of RM350,000.00 and the project is to be completed within 12 months.
Eligibility Criteria:

Local ownership with equity exceeding 50%

Operational for a minimum of 3 years

Annual sales surpassing RM3 million

Utilisation of an accounting management system

THE 3-STAGE APPLICATION PROCESS

Stage 1

Pre-Qualification
Applicants are required to answer pre-qualification questions that assess the innovation level of their product, its problem- solving capabilities, and its impact on customer productivity.

Stage 2

Company and Product Innovation Details
Successful applicants from the first stage are invited to provide comprehensive details about their company and the innovative aspects of their product.

Stage 3

Presentation to the Productivity Grant Committee
Chosen applicants present their innovations to the Grant Committee, showcasing their product’s impact and how the grant aids their goals.
